Rebecca Young Holland

Creative Care Childcare’s owner, Rebecca Young Holland, is an experienced childcare manager who holds a Masters Degree in Organizational Leadership from Cabrini College.  Rebecca graduated from IRCC in Fort Pierce, Florida, with an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Development and Education and after moving to Pennsylvania, Rebecca obtained a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Arcadia University.

Rebecca previously owned centers in Florida which were accredited through the National Association of Early Young Children. Her centers first opened in Pennsylvania in 2002 and the centers are working toward accreditation through the Pennsylvania Keystone Stars Program.

Rebecca, a young business woman, needed to have a dream, a plan, an enterprise that would carry her into the future. What better dream for the future could she have than to care for and educated the children of the future? A dream in which she could include her growing family as well as satisfy her wish to help and serve many others.

Rebecca's dream is recognized in those directors, teachers, assistants, bookkeepeers, cooks, maintenance people, parents and especially the children, who have had and continue to live as part of her dream.

Jessica Manning
My name is Jessica Manning. I attended Cairn University for Social Work. I began working in the field of early childhood as a teenager and have enjoyed all of the different aspects of early childhood centers.

I started working for Creative Care in 2010 as a preschool teacher. Since then I have had the privilege of becoming the preschool trainer as well as family support coordinator. I am currently helping our families and company in more of an administration role. I have been very fortunate to learn a lot from my previous supervisors as well as our owner. I am passionate about strengthening families and I love watching children succeed in all aspects of life.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, reading, studying sharks, being outside in the summer, going to the beach, football and shopping. I look forward to meeting each of our families at some point in time.

Lori Marucci
My name is Lori Marucci. I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education at West Chester University. I am currently working on my Master’s Degree in Education at Cabrini College.

I have taught early childhood children for nine years. I have worked in toddler, preschool, pre-kindergarten, and kindergarten classrooms. I joined Creative Care Child Care in the middle of January 2016. I am currently working in a more clerical capacity in the administration center.

In my spare time I enjoy reading books, rehabbing furniture, and spending time with friends. I am excited to get to know all our families.

Jennifer Vena-Perry
Hello, my name is Jennifer Vena-Perry and I am a Director here at Creative Care.  I graduated from West Chester University in May 1998 with a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education.  After graduating I took a position working at a corporate childcare center with infants.  Although my degree was in Elementary Education I quickly realized where my heart belonged; working with young children.  During my three years there I was quickly promoted to Supervisor of the Infant Suite.  Through that position I further strengthened my leadership, time management, and organizational skills, which prepared me for my future position as a Center Director.

In 2001, I switched companies to become a Center Director.  There I was able to work closely with other directors in the company to learn more of the skills and techniques that were essential for my position.  As a Director, I take a lot of pride in providing a clean, safe learning environment with educated, personable staff who take the same pride in educating and caring for young children.

As a parent of three wonderful children, I feel that I am more understanding of the needs and concerns of the parents at my center.  I also feel that being a mother has served as an additional learning experience.  It has provided me with knowledge about the growth and development of young children that cannot be obtained from college courses.  I think every parent knows that raising your own child is completely different from teaching someone else’s.  I am looking forward to the many chapters that are yet to come!

*I was very enthusiastic about the opportunity to continue my journey as a Director working for Creative Care Childcare Centers in November 2006.  With the help of my dedicated staff and the support from the owner, Rebecca Holland, I feel I have created a center that you and your child will look forward to attending everyday!
